As we look to better integrate human service in local communities, case planning and case management become increasingly complex. Whether it is coordinating services, accessing resources, undertaking advocacy for the people with whom we work or coaching them, our need to be more fully aware of the larger system in which services are delivered grows.
This one-day session will focus on the skill and knowledge sets necessary for effective case management in an increasingly integrated human services environment.
This course will be of particular use and interest to people who are currently case managing or for staff in workplaces where case management has been identified as a tool for supporting improved integration of services, at both the front line and the supervisory levels.
