He then landed a head chef position at the Grand Central Oyster Bar & Restaurant. He eventually was able to fulfill his childhood dream of opening his own cafe.

When Jane was a little girl, she always dreamed of becoming a chef. She enrolled at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and she now wears her chef uniform proudly in her family's pastry shop.

After attending the Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, Tommy came back home to Orlando to join his brothers in their family owned bakery.
